Day One.

Today is a new day! Today is the day I begin my healthy lifestyle. I am cutting pop from my diet for one assess if there is any difference in the way I feel, etc. I am not eating any fast food unless Subway, and that is only in a rush situation. I am going to do TurboJam everyday and going to start counting all of the calories that enter my mouth. I want to keep it to a maximum of 1500 cals a day. Preferrably shooting for around 1200. I am eventually going to quit smoking too... that day will be coming soon. I can feel it. I know I've said that a million times, but it's time. We are getting Blue Cross health insurance starting the 1st of February and I've heard they have a good quit-smoking program. I'm interested in looking into that for sure. It's so damn hard to do on your own, just cold turkey. Pretty much an uphill battle. So today is a new day and it's the first day to a new, healthier me!
