Recipe: Cherry Cheese Pie

Cherry Cheese Pie

Prep Time: 15 Min
Ready In: 2 Hrs, 15 Min

-1 [9"] prepared graham cracker crust
-1 [8oz] package cream cheese, softened
-1/2 C white sugar
-2 C frozen shipped topping, thawed
-1 [21oz] can cherry pie filling

1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Fold in whipped topping and blend until mixture is smooth.
3. Spread into graham cracker crust and spoon pie filling over top.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours before serving.

This recipe is super yummy and SUPER easy. I am going to try another pie filling next time I make it. It's not overly-sweet and real light and just really good!!! It doesn't get much easier than this for a delicious dessert. My Dad gives it 2 thumbs up!
